Three decades in company development, consultancy and human resources across public, not-for-profit and private sectors has provided a wealth of experiences to draw from. This includes sector account management with Department of Labour, supporting small businesses on matters associated with employment relations, health & safety and high performing workplaces.
Seasoned in corporate learning, supporting management and organisational development I have been a New Zealand business mentor since 2003 and worked directly with companies across many sectors - boutique salons, viticulture services, community organisations - on a range of aspects such as strategy, human resources, professional development and project management.
My skillset and experiences gained in corporate human resources, learning & development and high-performing workplaces inspired the design and delivery of what is now a flagship programme – STREAMING. Incubated in Marlborough, STREAMING is essentially Marlborough’s home-grown Strategic Leadership Programme, designed specifically for those wanting to take time-out to work on their business.
