Chrysalis Enterprise (we, us, our) collects and uses information about individuals who use the Chrysalis Enterprise website and who submit enquires to Chrysalis Enterprise.

This notice does not form part of any contract to provide services.  We keep this privacy notice up to date. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter a certain type of information, we'll be unable to provide certain services.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain individuals to access it as is necessary for engagement or provision of services.

For how long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal data for the duration of your relationship with us and for a period of two years following that, at which point we will securely erase all files.  Where we have statutory obligations to keep personal data for a longer period or in case of a legal claim, then the retention period may be longer.
